💳 Subscription & Payment Terms

These Subscription Terms form part of the Terms & Conditions of Vasuvo HealthTech Pvt Ltd ("Company", "we", "our").

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

1. Subscription Plans

The App may offer paid subscription plans ("Subscription") which may include:

  • Enhanced reminder customization
  • Premium inactivity alerts
  • Additional storage or features

2. Billing & Auto-Renewal

  • Automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle
  • Continue until cancelled by you

By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing via your selected payment method.

ℹ️ For Android users, subscriptions are processed through Google Play Store and are subject to Google's billing policies.

3. Pricing

Subscription prices:

  • May vary by region
  • Are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as shown at checkout

We reserve the right to revise pricing at any time. Price changes will apply only to future billing cycles.

4. Free Trials (If Applicable)

If a free trial is offered:

  • Billing begins automatically after the trial period
  • You must cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges
  • We may limit free trials per user, device, or payment method
⚠️ Abuse of free trials may result in account suspension.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time via:

  • Google Play → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions

Cancellation:

  • Stops future renewals
  • Does NOT provide a refund for the current billing period
  • Access continues until the end of the paid period
ℹ️ The Company does not process subscription cancellations directly if billed via Google Play.

6. No Refund Policy

Except where required by applicable law, all subscription payments are non-refundable.

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Partial usage
  • Accidental subscription
  • Device incompatibility
  • Dissatisfaction with features
  • Failure to cancel before renewal

Refund requests for Google Play purchases must be made directly through Google.

7. Payment Failure

If payment fails:

  • Subscription may be suspended or terminated
  • Access to premium features may be revoked
  • Data associated with premium features may be restricted

  • Caregiver responsiveness
  • Detection of inactivity
  • Prevention of medical emergencies

10. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to � without prior notice, subject to applicable law:

  • Modify subscription features
  • Add or remove features
  • Discontinue plans
  • Change pricing

11. Termination by Company

We may suspend or terminate your subscription without refund if you:

  • Violate our Terms & Conditions
  • Engage in fraud or abuse
  • Misuse caregiver features
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the App

12. Limitation of Liability (Subscription Specific)

Even if you purchase a paid subscription:

📈 The Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

ℹ️ If required by law, liability shall not exceed INR 1,000 for free users.

13. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback:

  • We may suspend your account
  • We may permanently block future subscriptions
  • You remain liable for unpaid amounts
🚨 Fraudulent disputes may result in legal action.

14. Compliance with Indian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under:

  • Consumer Protection Act, 2019
  • Information Technology Act, 2000
